Needing a refuse bin for an estate clean up, I contacted Koltyn. He was super responsive to my questions along with getting an initial bin on site within a day of request. We ended up needing 3 of his 40 yard bins and each one was taken away and replaced promptly as needed. During the planning phase for our recent kitchen renovation, we found ourselves in need of a onsite garbage bin.We did lots of research and was going with a supplier out of Red Deer. A few days before the bin was set to arrive, we noticed a CCT Bin" in our neighborhood. We decided to give them a call.Their prices were very competitive. They could also fit us in with a relatively small amount of notice (a few days).Due to a customer accidentally destroying his bin the day before delivery

Today several of us missed the early collection of garbage; they returned to pick up after I called… excellent customer service as we could have been stuck with our garbage for another week. Great effort, really appreciated!

I called them nearly in a panic on a Friday after a holiday trying to get a bin after the scope of our renos increased. Not only were they the ONLY local company to answer the phone - they had a bin on route WITHIN THE HOUR! The driver took care not to damage the property or the concrete slab driveway that he was dropping on. They gave us a LARGE window to use the bin for and when we filled it much earlier, One simple e-mail and they had it picked up. The very next day all the charges were automatic to my card, and a clear and easy to read invoice for my records was provided. The price was cheaper then anyone else I got a quote from, and the time the saved us was invaluable. Highly recommend - I will never do any size reno ever again without calling Environmental 360 again!

No fees for residential garbage. Should be no reason for illegal dumping
